REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your party/ event reservation. No refunds on deposits no exceptions.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, FAIRS, COMMUNITY EVENTS, TOURNAMENTS, BUSINESSES OR CORPORATIONS:

Deposit is nonrefundable. If a client/ representative of any of the above places, cancels date and time, there will be a cancellation fee of $200 per gaming trailer or gaming bus. No rescheduling. (No Exceptions) .

DAMAGE & INJURY:

Xtreme Playerz or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the truck and trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/ equipment damage. Additionally, Xtreme Playerz reserves the right to charge the clients credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Xtreme Playerz or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or heir designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

Xtreme Playerz does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times.

All children 5 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while inside the gaming trailer or gaming bus.

BAD WEATHER:

The Xtreme Playerz trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The trailer is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may and reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment.

FOOD & DRINKS:

Xtreme Playerz does not allow any food, candy or drinks into the video game trailer. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

Alcohol or drugs of any kind is not allowed and will not be tolerated in or around the gaming trailer/equipment. We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking if alcohol or drugs are served or distributed.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Xtreme Playerz is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with the Xtreme Playerz as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

PICTURES / VIDEO:

While your party is in effect an Xtreme Playerz coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside/outside the trailer. You will be able to view these pictures in Facebook, Instagram and copy them to your files. If you do not want our coach taking pictures / video or posting them on our social media please notify us at the time of booking with a representative.

TRUCK & TRAILER:

When the Xtreme Playerz truck & trailer pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party/event. Most times, we park in front of the party’s resident, so you might want to let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block your driveway. Please keep in mind that our Xtreme Playerz coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Additionally our Xtreme Playerz coach will never disconnect the truck form the trailer at a party /event. We will try to accommodate your wishes on where to park, but the Xtreme Playerz coach has the final decision. If he/she is not 100% comfortable knowing that the trailer can be maneuvered to the spot you prefer without causing damage or injury, he will not do it.

Xtreme Playerz do not park in driveways, alleys, backyards or residential parking structures.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES/ EVENTS:

We will be arriving about 10/15 minutes early to set up. We need a semi-level area to park and a way to pull out. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is enough room to park the truck & trailer (usually a space of 4 cars). Extra time will not be added to parties to compensate for time taken to move cars and clear a parking spot. Please double check the address we will be using and let us know if there is anything we need to know regarding finding the location, getting in or out, or where you would like us to park. It’s a good idea to let your neighbors know about the party so they can be prepared for the gaming trailer pulling up and the extra cars in the area.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Any special request that the client might have such as the following, will result of an extra cost.

◆ Extra games or a specific game, etc.….
